Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially fine dining or high-volume environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is highly desirable Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and proper serving techniques Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines!
