DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)Adhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresActively participate in safety programs.Help meet or exceed production, waste, and qualityTroubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptimeCommunicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needsFlexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidaysWorking in high and/or confined spacesPerforming tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment.RequirementsBasic QualificationsUS work authorization5-10 years of Millwright ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDTWICExperience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipmentBasic knowledge of using computers for record-keepingGood communication skillsPreferred Qualifications10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experienceExperience with the precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps & lubricationExperience with using precision measuring toolsLaser Alignment CapableWhat Will Put You AheadMillwright NCCER CertificationBasic Equipment Vibration AnalysisForklift CertifiedBenefits:401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceExperience:* Millwright: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* TWIC (Required)* NCCER (Preferred)
