Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join our new team in West Hollywood. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an inviting, elevated, confident, and friendly attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our West Hollywood store team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer experience, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized serviceMaintain the store’s visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishmentShowcase excellent product and brand knowledgeWork collaboratively to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall success of the storeOperate all systems seamlessly, including POS, inventory management, and clienteling platformsServe as a Thuma Brand AmbassadorBuild and nurture client relationshipsSupport the ecommerce customer experience team by responding to customer service emails when neededStep into the cafe when needed, taking orders and serving customers with precision and careSupport Management on back-of-house operationsMaintain store appearance and cleanliness on a daily basisOther activities and functions to facilitate store success as necessary.
