Any offer of employment is contingent upon the Company receiving satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screening, a criminal background check, and reference checks and your satisfaction of all other applicable fitness for duty requirements.Summary:The Sr. Land Representative will be responsible for acquiring necessary land rights for pipelines and providing land input for permitting, environmental and regulatory compliance. The individual will research land ownerships, formulate strategies, and negotiate with landowners. The Land Representative will present land information to Management for input and purchasing. The individual will work in a team environment to help develop projects and acquire assets.Principle Duties & Responsibilities:Negotiates the acquisition of easements and other property interests as necessary to accommodate the construction, operation, and maintenance of natural gas pipelines and related facilities for FERC regulated and non-regulated projectsManage right-of-way related activities and compliance measures associated with a project from concept to completionPrepares right-of-way related cost estimates associated with land, permitting and right-of-way acquisition projects.Identify project landowners by using company and public records. Notify landowners as required by FERC regulations and Company PolicyResearch, review and analyze land title.
