This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, patient care, and helping create an exceptional client and team experience. What You ll Do Lead and support the technician and assistant team during daily hospital operationsAssist with workflow coordination and patient care prioritiesPartner closely with veterinarians and hospital leadershipMentor and train team members while promoting a positive, collaborative cultureSupport anesthesia monitoring, surgery, dentistry, laboratory work, radiology, and nursing careEnsure high standards of patient safety, cleanliness, and medical qualityHelp foster an outstanding client experience through clear communication and compassionate careAssist with inventory, equipment oversight, and operational efficiency as needed What We re Looking For Veterinary technician experience in a fast-paced veterinary settingLeadership or mentorship experience preferredStrong technical and patient care skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to remain calm and supportive in busy environmentsPassion for teamwork, teaching, and continuous improvementCVT/LVT/RVT preferred but not required depending on experience and state requirements Why Elm City Vet?
