We’re looking for an Executive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys being the steady, trusted right hand to a senior executive. This is not a traditional 9–5 desk job. It’s a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting an executive whose workday may stretch across multiple time zones.
In this position, you’ll manage calendars and communications, help prepare documents and correspondence, and support international travel coordination. You’ll also handle light accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping reconciliations, keeping our small, family‑office environment running smoothly. Discretion is essential, as you’ll be working closely with confidential information and sensitive communications.
Success in this role comes from strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused when priorities shift. You should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and stepping in wherever needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is important, as is the flexibility to work irregular or extended hours when the CEO is traveling.
