Job Title: VP/ Director – Software EngineeringLocation: Hiring for multiple locations including Plano, TX/ Tampa, FL / NYC, NY/ Columbus, OH/ Houston, TX/ Chicago, IL (5 days onsite)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Java professional (Hands on) to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java and microservices technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 17/21 and Spring BootBuild and support microservices and event-driven architecturesWork with messaging systems such as Kafka and MQDevelop and optimize database interactions using OracleCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore environment and can mentor a team of junior developers.Payments domain/ financial domain knowledge is preferredKnowledge of front end technologies i.e. Angular/ React
