Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and educate on aftercare Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services that delight clients Upsell retail nail care products and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering new stock as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service at all times Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and current beauty trends Skilled in applying gel nails, acrylics, nail art, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunity Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards Join us as a Nail Technician where your creativity meets your passion for beauty!
