The Finance Transformation Delivery Management Organization (DMO) partners closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leaders to execute complex, highly visible initiatives with rigor, transparency, and predictability.As a Lead Business & Information Analyst, you will lead the planning and execution of a product-centric portfolio strategy, providing strategic roadmap oversight of annual and long-term expense plans. You will drive portfolio forecast planning, capacity planning, and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives. You will oversee reports and presentations for executive-level communications and proactively identify risks, impacts, and opportunities within the portfolio.This is a highly collaborative role where partnership with many technical and non-technical team.What You Will DoPlan and drive the funding process and strategy for new projectsInterpret pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and case definition to identify solutionsPartner with business, project management, and technology groups to understand opportunities, define project scope, goals, performance indicators, and deliverablesLead the project forecast planning process for large-scale programs and initiatives across the portfolio.Drive partnership with Finance to provide cause-for-change variances, guide monthly and quarterly close procedures, and deliver portfolio updates.Oversee consolidation and communication across project, product, and portfolio teams to resolve variances throughout the planning cycle, escalating risks and impacts when necessary.Lead the development, analysis, and maintenance of reports for capacity planning, forecast rationalization, and portfolio prioritization.Direct key financial planning activities including Long-Term Planning, Annual Planning, and other strategic portfolio planning cycles.Ensure accurate and strategic inputs within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system to maintain portfolio transparency and alignment.Develop and maintain strong partnerships across departments, collaborating with technology, product, and finance leaders to aligns on priorities and resource allocation.Provide leadership and guidance to portfolio planning activities, helping drive consistency in processes, reporting, and portfolio governanceRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum of 7 years of relevant work experienceStrong understanding of portfolio planning, financial forecasting, and resource planningProficient in the fundamentals of project and portfolio management, including project planning, resource planning, issue management, and organizational changeAdvanced knowledge in ExcelUnderstanding of the software development lifecycleExperience partnering with multiple creative and technical teamsAdvanced skills in business communication, writing, and interpersonal collaborationDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and influence strategic decisionsProactive and resourceful when handling issuesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsEducationBachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and/or equivalent work experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with MyPPM Project Management SoftwareStrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint#DISNEYTECHThe hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $111,900 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
