This confidential client is a well-established, service-driven organization with a strong reputation, exceptional amenities, and a multi‑faceted operational structure.About The Opportunity (Confidential Client)The organization operates a private club offering year-round hospitality, dining, lodging, sports, and waterfront activities. A separate corporate entity manages community services, infrastructure, security, and residential real estate.Role SummaryThe CFO serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and two Boards, overseeing all financial strategy, reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and system improvements. The ideal candidate will modernize processes, strengthen financial controls, develop analytics, and lead a high-performing finance team.This position is ideal for a proactive, ethical finance leader with experience in hospitality or private clubs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysisOversee monthly closes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysisManage AR/AP, payroll, treasury, inventory controls, and procurementEnsure GAAP compliance and oversee all tax filingsCoordinate annual audits and manage auditor relationshipsDevelop KPIs, dashboards, and department-level analyticsSupport capital budgeting and long-range financial planningImplement financial policies, SOPs, and cross‑department process improvementsLead and develop the finance/accounting staffRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA preferredMinimum of 5 years in a CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership roleExperience in private clubs, hospitality, or similar service environmentsStrong GAAP knowledge and comprehensive accounting experienceMulti-entity experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Suite; club management software experience preferredStrong communication, leadership, and analytical skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ($145K–$185K) plus annual bonusMedical, dental, vision, disability, and FSA/HRA plans401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and work/life balanceProfessional development and dues supportRelocation assistance available#INMAR2026
