We are scheduling interviews with a critical access hospital in Eastern Oregon, which employs 80 physicians and has 700 employees. The hospital is adding another OB/GYN to its team. About the practice:Base salary and production bonuses over $490,000 Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually Student loan assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, malpractice, 401K with match, $8,000 CME, etc. Excellent work/life balance with a four day work week Light 1:3 call schedule, an average of 13-17 patients daily.
