Application Engineering Manager, Electrification Services

Overview In this role you lead the U.S. Application Engineering team supporting Commercial Operations and Sales, delivering high‑quality technical solutions and project estimates. You drive process improvements, standardize solutions, and help the commercial organization scale capabilities. You will mentor engineers, engage with customers, and partner across functions to shorten proposal cycles and improve satisfaction. This is a remote leadership role with a focus on impact, teamwork, and continuous development.
