Join our Product & Tech team and become a driving force behind the future of our casino offerings by harnessing data insights to elevate user experience and optimize performance.Are you ready to take the lead and make a big impact in one of our most exciting verticals?About the Job:Develop and implement innovative growth strategies for our Casino vertical, using data-driven insights to spark creativity and meet ambitious goals.Lead cross-functional teams on impactful projects, such as market expansion, post-merger integrations, and ground breaking initiatives that shape the future of iGaming.Collaborate closely with shared services teams to deliver projects that are on time, on point, and of top-notch quality.Set up project governance, implement quality assurance practices, and leverage project management tools for seamless execution.Be the communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving toward key milestones.Take full ownership of project outcomes, driving them forward with precision and ensuring timely delivery.Partner with senior management to align strategic initiatives with the company’s overarching vision and goals.What we are looking for: Proven experience with project management methodologies – you’re skilled in planning, scoping, and seeing things through to completion.Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, paired with strong analytical and coordination skills.A true advocate for an outstanding User Experience, always putting the user first.A history of generating and managing significant business growth.Experience working in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile software development practices.A friendly, assertive, and open personality that can communicate effectively and work collaboratively.Ability to think analytically and prioritize tasks efficiently.CSPO and/or PSPO Certification.2-3 years of Product Management experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on data analysis and strategic planning.Desirables: Previous experience in the iGaming industry or similar sectors.Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.A passion for driving business growth and delivering on strategic objectives.Details: Fully Remote - European Union (+ United Kingdom) Flexible Salary (Dependant on experience) Full Time (Permanent contract)
