Software Development Engineer
Overview
In this role you will develop software for ARM-based devices, contributing across firmware, drivers, and application layers. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams in Redmond to align software and hardware schedules and ensure reliable release pipelines. You will optimize bootloaders, BSPs, UEFI-related features, and security components like ARM TrustZone. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, system-level thinking, and end-to-end lifecycle ownership in a lab-focused environment. ResponsibilitiesC/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/Python development across firmware and software layersdevelop firmware and/or device driverswork with UEFI, ARM TrustZone, bootloaders, and BSPs as applicableanalyze SOC HW/SW architecture and impact on development cyclesmanage version control for large-scale softwarecreate and manage CI/CD pipelinesunderstand and coordinate software lifecycle with hardware schedulesonsite work five days a week in Redmond, WA
