Tsubaki, a contemporary izakaya in Echo Park, seeks an experienced host for a full-time evening position, with lots of opportunity for cross-training and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-service restaurant, a great sense of teamwork and hospitality, interest in learning more about Japanese cuisine and culture, and experience with Resy and/or OpenTable. We love to cross-train, and the position will offer the opportunity for serving shifts as well, plus food and sake education. We're a pooled house, and the host position receives a full dining room share of tips.
