Industrial Sewing Machine OperatorWe are seeking a dependable Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced with industrial sewing machines, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.ResponsibilitiesOperate industrial sewing machines to produce quality finished productsPerform light machine maintenance, including basic adjustments, cleaning, and routine upkeepInspect finished work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedulesOperate industrial sewing machines to produce upholstered components for office chairsSew, join, reinforce, and finish upholstery materialsSet up machines, including needles, attachments, and pattern configurationsAdjust stitching speeds and machine settings based on project requirementsFollow specifications to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanshipRequirementsPrevious experience operating industrial sewing machines preferredAbility to perform light maintenance and routine cleaning on sewing machinesGood attention to detail and consistency in work qualityAbility to stand and work for the duration of the shiftReliable attendance and punctualityScheduleHours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMWorkdays: Must be available to work Saturdays and SundaysTime Off: Two consecutive days off during the weekPay$18.00 per hourAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
