From concept through completion, we design with a deep respect for context, craft spaces that balance form and function, and deliver bespoke solutions that reflect each client's vision and the unique character of every site.What You Will Be DoingProvide end-to-end Contract Management from project creation to close-out within Deltek Vantagepoint.Prepare invoice package containing draft and final invoices for all projects, including all applicable backup.Perform all necessary Accounts Payable (AP) duties, including but not limited to coding, sending out for review approvals, scanning to accounting system, researching vendor payment inquiries, and processing 1099's annually.Process and reconcile credit card transactions through expense reports.Monitor receivables and support Partners/Project Managers with collections.Assist senior management in various ad-hoc analysis as needed.Identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and offer suggestions for procedures, processes, and/or tools that might improve efficiency and productivity.Additional accounting responsibilities as needed.Backup coverage for the front office.What You Need for this Position3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years of experience within an Architecture, Engineering or Construction firm. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or similar field.Extensive experience with detailed project tracking, client commitments, and invoicing.Familiarity with AIA contracts and add service agreements.Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience preferred.
