Cleaning Technician

Job Description Basic FunctionThe Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing all cleaning activities at clients' homes per the quality standards outlined at orientation and training.Immediate SupervisorTeam LeaderJob DutiesTo be depended on to arrive at work at the prescribed time each day understanding that tardiness and absences from work will place a hardship on fellow team members and damage client's expectations of our consistency and reliability.Perform various cleaning activities in accordance with company policies and instructions given by theTeam Leader or Manager.Report any broken items, accidents or injuries, or damage immediately to the Team LeaderMove non-fixed furnishings and décor as needed to clean under and replace all items to the proper ororiginal locations (fixed are not movable by 1 person without lifting)Report any safety, security, or policy violations to the Team Leader or Manager immediatelySecure homes including locking doors and windows and ensuring the safe location of pets at all times.Wear appropriate uniform, in clean and odor-free (including perfume) condition at all times.Learn specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motion. Work smarter, not harder.Be attentive to feedback and information provided in required meetings.Understand and adhere to safety procedures and all personnel policies as provided at orientation, updated in meetings, and maintained in office binder.Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and management, and cordially with clients when appropriate.Skills/ QualificationsOrganization, time management, and reasoning skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbalAttention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to reach, stoop, and kneel continuouslyExperienceMust be at least 18 years oldPrior service work experience helpfulRequirementsAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust meet valid insurance underwriting requirementsBenefitsWe are happy to offer a Company Sponsored Profit Sharing Plan .
