Python Automation Engineer (AI/LLM)Remote (periodic travel to Arizona - 6X per year) · Reports to CTOA specialty healthcare compliance consultancy is hiring a Python engineer to build the ETL pipelines and automation that feed our AI/LLM-driven workflows — supporting regulatory compliance and care navigation for Medicaid-serving providers.What you'll do:Build Python-based ETL pipelines that extract, clean, and structure compliance and pharmacy dataFeed that data into AI/LLM-driven tools — automation, care navigation, and compliance analysisWork daily with Cursor and AI development tooling (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude) as core to how you buildPartner directly with the CTO to shape how AI-assisted engineering works across the teamWhat you bring:Strong Python — real ETL/data pipeline experience (pandas, scripting, automation)Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor or similar) — this isn't optional, it's how we buildComfortable working with sensitive, compliance-regulated data (healthcare/HIPAA a plus, not required)Self-directed — you'll be one of the first technical hires, so you need to own your workDetails:Remote, with periodic travel to Arizona — must live near a major US airportUS Citizens or Green Card holders only — no C2C, no consultants$150,000–$165,000 base
