Position Overview: Specialty: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)Start Date: January 10, 2025Duration: Ongoing weekend coverage with orientation required prior to the first shift.Schedule:Weekends in January (1 PM to 9 PM shifts)Dates include 1/11-1/12, 1/18-1/19, and 1/25-1/26Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call).Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient with some inpatient admissions.Patient Volume: Average of 36 patients per day in the Emergency Department. Requirements: License: Must hold an active Michigan state license.Certifications:Board Certification required.BLS certification mandatory.Experience: Strong preference for providers with prior Emergency Medicine experience.EMR System: Familiarity with MediTech is a plus.Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days; temporary privileges available for quick start.
