The HHA is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The HHA will be assigned by a Registered Nurse in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.Qualifications:Licensed Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts (preferred) Home Health Aide certification (accepted)Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care givenSelf-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervisionEmpathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impairedPossess and maintains current CPR certificationDemonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygieneLicensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working orderPathways Healthcare is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and fostering a positive work environment for our team members.
