If so, we want to connect with you.At Rehrig Pacific Company, our Production Managers play a critical role in leading teams, optimizing operations, and building a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoLead Production Operations Oversee a 24/7 production environment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery Coordinate daily operations including mold changes, job startups, and issue resolution Manage labor and departmental expenses to meet operational budgetsDrive Cross-Functional Alignment Partner closely with scheduling, quality, maintenance, tooling, and shipping teams Act as the key liaison between production schedulers and shift managers Ensure materials, staffing, and resources are aligned to meet production goalsChampion Safety Lead a Safety-First culture by ensuring all employees complete Day 1 onboarding before entering the floor Take immediate action to resolve safety concerns and reinforce safe work practicesDevelop & Lead People Coach, mentor, and develop production team members in alignment with company values Deliver quarterly and annual performance reviews with continuous feedback Partner with Human Capital to support employee growth, engagement, and retentionDrive Continuous Improvement Utilize tools like RAMS (Rehrig Accountable Management System) to improve processes Lead 5S and facility organization efforts to maintain a clean, efficient workspace Support initiatives related to PPE, layout optimization, and equipment organizationWhat You Bring 6+ years of manufacturing experience (injection molding a plus) 3+ years of leadership or management experience Strong ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment
