Warehouse Associate

We're a growing team that values reliability, attention to detail, and taking ownership of the work in front of you. *About the Role* We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Employee to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. You'll play a key role in making sure product moves accurately and on time, from receiving inbound freight to prepping outbound orders for our distributor and customer base. *What You'll Do* * Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and containers * Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment (LTL, parcel, freight carriers) * Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently * Maintain accurate inventory counts and support regular cycle counts * Scan and record product movement to keep inventory data current * Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse layout * Communicate with the team on order status, discrepancies, and damages * Follow and help maintain SOPs for receiving, put-away, and shipping processes * Perform light assembly of LED fixtures and components as needed, following build specs and quality standards *What We're Looking For* * Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred * Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) * Comfortable with basic computer use; WMS or inventory software experience a plus * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with inventory counts * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team * Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of the warehouse's condition *Why Join Jaykal* * Work with a stable, growing company in the LED lighting industry * Hands-on role with real ownership over warehouse operations * Team-oriented environment based in Georgetown, DE Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
