Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Epicor Consultant specializing in Prophet 21. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing the Prophet 21 ERP system to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Customization: Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of the Prophet 21 ERP system to meet specific client needs. Technical Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support to resolve complex system issues. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Prophet 21 functionalities. Process Improvement: Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored ERP solutions. Qualifications: Proficient in the customization and configuration of the Prophet 21 system. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently. Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools related to Prophet 21. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Epicor Prophet 21 or other related ERP certifications.
