Job title: Quality - Training SpecialistLocation: Summit, NJDuration: 6 monthsPay Rate: $58.11 - $63.11/hr on W2Hybrid, 50%+ onsiteTop Skills:Experience managing documents preferred (EDMS Veeva).Experience with Rise and Articulate.Job Description:The Training Specialist will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and policies which support integration project needs in alignment with client compliance standards.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and support revision of training procedures.Work with business partners to develop course materials, including Computer Based Trainings (CBTs), Structured Discussions, Supplemental Instructions, and Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs).Schedule, deliver, and monitor ILT sessions.Work directly with all levels and departments to establish curricula and assignments.Load and manage training in Electronic Learning Management System (ELMS) SuccessFactors and provide user support.Conduct surveys to evaluate the training program for potential improvement opportunities.Collaborate with business partners to drive completion of projects and training program improvements.Qualifications:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple assignments.Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer competence.Self-direction with the ability to take initiative and manage deadlines and stakeholders.Ability to create effective change in a team-based collaborative environment.Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:BS degree with a minimum of 5 years experience preferred.Technical writing in GMP/GXP and training experience preferred.Working knowledge of common computer systems required.Physical Demands:Ordinary physical exertion may be required, including sitting, standing, and walking while working for a sustained period.Office SpaceWorking AloneWorking With/Around OthersSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionTrainingIndustriesPharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
