The ChallengeA leading numerous industry awards winning premium CTV/OTT advertising platform is seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack Engineer.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications to enhance the demand-side platform for a major media company.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align project goals and deliverables.Implement best practices for code quality, including automated testing and CI/CD processes.Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.Optimize application performance to handle high traffic volumes and ensure reliability.Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive team innovation and efficiency.Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory standards and data privacy laws.Essential Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in full-stack development.Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.Prior experience in the media industry is required.Knowledge of software development standards and U.S. media industry regulations.
