Oracle DBA with SQL Server EXP

*Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard experience required) with Sql Server * *Location: Ashburn, VA, USA, 20147( Hybrid)* *Long Term Contract* *Description: * *Their responsibility shall include overall maintenance, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting for Oracle and SQL Server databases: * *Install and Build database structures * *Backup & Recovery * *Apply patches and upgrade database versions * *Daily maintenance including monitoring and database maintenance tasks * *Query and performance tuning * *Part of On-Call rotation * *Develop and maintain documentation * *Qualifications * *Oracle DBA with over 6-8 years of experience in database administration of high availability production systems. * *Provide 24x7 production support, hands on experience in creation and maintenance of Oracle database instance, database design, database performance monitoring and tuning and Unix/Linux shell script * *Working experience in Oracle 10G/11g, Grid control, database backup and recovery are also required. * *Candidate must be a good team player with strong team concept, self motivated, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. * *RMAN Experience * *Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard experience required * *Working experience with SQL Server 2000 2005, or 2008. * *Oracle certification * *Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred* Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Ashburn, VA 20147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): * Are you local to Virginia/Willing to take In Person Interview * How many Years of exp in Sql Server?
