Our team values efficiency, ownership, and producing high-quality work without unnecessary bureaucracy.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong structural experience to support the design, detailing, and review of a wide range of projects.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering work, can operate with a high degree of independence, and is looking to grow into a leadership role overseeing structural design as the company continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and detail structural components for:Residential and commercial poolsShotcrete structuresRetaining walls, freestanding walls, and columnsFoundation systems, including deep foundationsPrepare and review structural drawings and construction detailsPerform structural calculations and analysisReview full plan sets for accuracy, completeness, and constructabilityCoordinate with internal team members and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Florida Building Code and applicable standardsContribute to internal standards, templates, and workflow improvementsRequirementsActive Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license (Required)5+ years of structural engineering experienceStrong experience with reinforced concrete designExperience with foundation systems (deep foundation experience preferred)Proficiency in:AutoCAD (required)Structural analysis/design softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsStrong attention to detail and practical design mindsetPreferred ExperienceExperience with pools, shotcrete, or similar structuresResidential and light commercial project experienceExperience working in a production-oriented environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $120,000 – $145,000 (based on experience)100% remote work environmentHealth insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysFlexible scheduleGrowth OpportunityThis position is intended to grow into a Structural Department Lead role over time.
