Craftsman

Position Summary: The Experienced Craftsmen is responsible for complex wood shaping, custom assembly, intricatecurves and angle work, decorative grid work, screen fabrication, and product repairs (includingoccasional on-site repairs). This role also serves as a technical advisor to the sales and engineeringteams on custom design feasibility and manufacturing processes. Compensation & Incentives

Signing Bonus: $10,000 signing bonus (terms and payment schedule to be detailed in offerletter).

Essential Functions: Production & Fabrication: Execute complex custom woodworking, shaping, assembly, andfinishing tasks as outlined in department specifications. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards for all finished products andcomponents. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment andmachinery as assigned by the department leader. Delivery Commitments: Work overtime as required to meet scheduled customer deliverytimelines. Safety & Workplace Standards: Work safely at all times, adhere to all safety protocols, andmaintain a clean, organized work area. Technical Consultation: Offer practical insight and advice to engineering and sales teamsregarding custom millwork and door construction.
