Real Estate Counsel

I'm currently working with a Real Estate Developer based in Dallas, TX who are looking to hire a Real Estate Counsel. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day corporate, real estate, and general transactional legal support to Crow Holdings and affiliated entitiesSupport complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, financings, acquisitions, and dispositions, in coordination with senior attorneys Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (services, consulting, technology, operational, and confidentiality) Assist with entity governance and maintenance, including approvals, documentation, and internal recordkeeping Coordinate and oversee outside counsel on transactions and other significant legal matters Advise principals, family stakeholders, and senior leadership on sensitive and high-priority legal issues Conduct legal research and support enterprise-wide legal policies, initiatives, and routine litigation matters QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Active Texas bar admission (or ability to become licensed promptly) 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney in Big Law. Experience supporting real estate transactions and working with deal teams Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with sound business judgment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity; comfort working with senior leadership and confidential matters
