MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Required Hours:
Monday- Friday from 2:45pm-11:00pm
100% Onsite
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety as the number one focus for all duties and tasks. Participate in company safety programs and assist with incident investigations when applicable
Must be able to pass and maintain powered equipment (tugger, forklift, etc.) certification which includes following all safety protocols, inspections, training, and recertification
Move material from the warehouse to the production lines in a safe and efficient manner
Monitor production line Kanban. When triggers are reached, replenish targeted materials
Retrieve any empty material carts from production and return to warehouse for replenishment
Stock material carts with required production components from the warehouse material storage and place carts in staging location
Systematically create the transfer of materials to the production lines. Also perform any return transfers of materials
Utilize SAP transactions with 100% compliance throughout the warehouse and production movement process
Read, understand, and follow all policies within the training program and employee handbook
Report any safety violations to supervisor or team lead immediately
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workspace
Maintain compliance of all monthly and annual training

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 or more years in a warehousing/logistics role
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Associate degree or higher post-secondary education
Minimum of 2 years in a warehousing/logistics role
Communicate well through written and verbal methods
Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration within multiple workstreams
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Duties are performed in a warehouse environment using industrial forklifts or other material movement equipment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. occasionally
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Some overtime may be required depending on division's needs
