Location: In-Home / Community-BasedEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRNCompany: Guardian Care ServicesJob SummaryGuardian Care Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurses (RN/LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to children and young adults (birth–21 years) in their homes. This role focuses on promoting safety, comfort, and quality of life while supporting each child’s unique medical and developmental needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care in the home setting according to the child’s plan of carePerform assessments and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall conditionAdminister medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribedAssist with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, toileting, and mobilityManage medical equipment such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and oxygen (as applicable)Document care accurately and timely in accordance with state and company standardsCommunicate effectively with families, physicians, case managers, and care teamsEducate and support families on care routines and health managementMaintain a safe, nurturing, and respectful care environmentAdhere to all policies, procedures, and infection control standardsQualificationsCurrent and active RN or LPN license in good standingPediatric experience preferred (home care experience a plus)CPR/BLS certification (Pediatric certification preferred)Ability to work independently in a home settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseMust pass background checks and meet state requirementsSkills & AttributesCompassionate, patient, and family-focusedDependable and detail-orientedComfortable providing one-on-one careAdaptable to varying family dynamics and care needsWhat We OfferOne-on-one patient careFlexible schedulingSupportive clinical teamMeaningful work making a real difference in children’s lives
