Overview: Develop new user-facing features using React.js Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translate designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable React code Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code Collaborate with designers to implement and improve design systems Work with back-end engineers to integrate with APIs Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Stay up-to-date on the latest React.js trends and technologies Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus Familiarity with RESTful APIs Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points: Experience with TypeScript Experience with GraphQL Experience with Storybook Experience with performance testing and optimization Familiarity with UI/UX design principles Experience with agile development methodologies
