Stocker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of merchandise in our retail environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. As a Stocker, you will ensure that products are readily available for customers while supporting the overall operations of the store. Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and stock shelves with products. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners for inventory management. Organize and maintain inventory control to ensure product availability and minimize waste. Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring that all products are properly labeled. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed. Perform heavy lifting as required to move products safely and efficiently. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with inventory control systems and retail sales practices is a plus. Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment is beneficial.
