PHARMACY SALES AGENT

We are a growing independent pharmacy looking for a driven, personable sales professional to expand our reach across the region. You will be the face of our pharmacy — building relationships with physicians, specialists, group home operators, assisted living facilities, and other care organizations to drive new patient referrals and institutional business.This is a high-impact role with real earning potential. If you know healthcare, love building relationships, and want to be rewarded for results, this is the opportunity for you.What you will doCall on physician offices, specialists, and medical practices to drive new patient prescription referrals to our pharmacyBuild and maintain relationships with group home operators, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and residential care organizationsPresent our pharmacy's services, delivery capabilities, blister packing, and medication management programs to decision makersWork with insurance coordinators and billing staff to make transitioning patients seamlessIdentify and pursue new business opportunities including workers' comp, hospice, and home health agenciesRepresent the pharmacy at healthcare events, health fairs, and community outreach programsTrack and report sales activity, pipeline, and results on a weekly basisCollaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new accountsWhat we are looking for2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical servicesExisting relationships with physician offices or long-term care facilities is a strong plus
