Youth Development Intern A Youth Development Intern (camp counselor) is an 10 week seasonal job that will prepare you for any career by providing impactful experiences developing and furthering your time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a Youth Development Intern at Springbrook Bible Camp, you will have the opportunity to share your faith with others, build strong relationships with campers and staff, be surrounded by nature, and make a positive impact on young people's lives. This position is responsible for up to 10 campers, ages 5 to 17, planning and leading various camp activities including Bible study, cabin devotions, afternoon activities, cookouts, and more. Skills Requested: Willing to be outdoors, working with kids, dealing with stress, organization, and personal drive. Required: A faith in Jesus is a need for this position. Springbrook Bible Camp is an organization that believes all are saved by Grace through faith in Jesus Christ. You must be able to reside at camp all week long. Minimum age, 18.
