If you are interested in this Manufacturing Production Test Technician position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Manufacturing Production Test Technician Compensation The pay for this position is $22.50 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Manufacturing Production Test Technician Highlights This position is a contract to hire assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Training will be conducted on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for the first 4–6 weeks No drug screening required (background check must be completed prior to start) Steel/composite toe safety shoes required (safety glasses provided) Manufacturing Production Test Technician Responsibilities Perform testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing vial-fill machines Execute functional testing to validate performance, safety, and reliability Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using schematics and diagnostic tools Perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments as needed Install software, perform firmware updates, and configure machines to customer specifications Document test results, defects, and corrective actions Ensure all units meet quality and customer requirements prior to shipment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training new technicians Manufacturing Production Test Technician Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 3–5 years of hands-on experience with electronics or electromechanical systems OR AAS in a technical field Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using multimeters and electronic diagnostic tools Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues Experience installing software and configuring systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Manufacturing Production Test Technician Preferred Qualifications Experience working with automated or high-speed manufacturing equipment Background working with production testing or quality validation Familiarity with MES systems and documentation processes Experience training or mentoring junior technicians Manufacturing Production Test Technician Pre-Screening Questions How do you open a command prompt?
