Created Date: April 6, 2026 Anticipated Closing Date: April 15, 2026 Location: Richmond, CA (Hybrid) Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $26.00 $30.00/hr, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary W2 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt This opportunity is with a well-established, national distribution company supporting high-volume supply chain operations across multiple industries, including long-standing partnerships with government and defense clients, where speed, accuracy, and follow-through are critical. The organization is known for its strong operational foundation and is currently navigating a period of increased demand alongside a system transition. You will play a key role in supporting purchasing and logistics workflows during a critical time for the business. What You Will DoProcess and execute purchase orders with a strong focus on accuracy and speed Follow up with vendors to confirm order status, timelines, and delivery updates Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order fulfillment and inventory needs Track and update order timelines, including ETD and ETA changes Support logistics coordination and assist with shipment execution Maintain accurate data across procurement and inventory systems Assist with reporting and general administrative support for the procurement team What We Are Looking ForExperience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or administrative support roles Comfort working in ERP systems and learning new tools quickly Intermediate Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive communication skills and willingness to follow up with vendors and internal teams Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred QualificationsExperience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments Exposure to vendor coordination and purchase order tracking Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
