Operations Lead
Position: Operations LeadLocation: Ontario, CAPay: $70k to $85k/year + commissionType: Full-timeSchedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pmArray Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead! The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily onsite operations to ensure service runs efficiently and customer needs are met. In this role, they support employee performance by providing guidance, coaching, and accountability while maintaining a productive and positive work environment. The Operations Lead assists with workforce planning, including team scheduling, attendance tracking, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational demands. They also play a key role in talent management by supporting the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and contributing to the ongoing development and growth of team members. Additionally, they review operational data and performance reports to identify trends, address challenges, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall site performance.Job DescriptionOversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client locationAssist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planningSupport hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team membersReview operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiencyPosition RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.Experience working in a warehouse or rental car environment is preferred.Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain accountability for operational results.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt quickly in a changing environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with employees and clients.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Array Corporation is the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
