With a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes, they are poised for significant growth in the healthcare sector.What You Will DoDesign and implement scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and Next.js.Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS to support application deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve overall functionality and user experience.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.Ideal Candidate Background2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on web applications.Proficiency in AWS, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.Experience working in an Agile development environment.PreferredFamiliarity with healthcare technology and industry standards.Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to software development.Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $210K, complemented by competitive equity options.
