Title: SAPHCM/ Payroll Consultant – Hybrid Location: Redmond, WA 98052Job Description:Education & Certifications:Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Certification: SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.Technical Skills:SAP SuccessFactors Configuration: Expertise in configuration, integration, and reporting within Employee Central Payroll.Payroll Control Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll control processes and governance.Global Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of global payroll processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Proficiency in SAP Modules: Knowledge of related modules like Employee Central and Time Management is a plus.Experience Requirements:SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Expertise: 3-5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central Payroll.Project Management: Proven ability to lead payroll projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.Team Leadership: Experience managing teams to successfully deliver high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Implementations: Manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects, including planning, scoping, execution, testing, and go-live support.Develop Project Plans: Create logical, actionable project plans with realistic estimates and schedules to meet milestones.Business Judgment & Insights: Apply sound business acumen to synthesize key findings, identify trends, and address potential issues.Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, provide training, and facilitate discussions on scope.Action Tracking & Communication: Capture decisions, feedback, and action items from workshops, circulate post-session summaries, and track deliverables.
