Full‑Time Non‑Exempt Hybrid (Boise, ID)We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function across multiple locations. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, and managers, helping ensure consistent delivery of HR processes, onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and day‑to‑day employee support.The ideal candidate operates with a higher level of independence, sound judgment, and accountability, while partnering closely with the HR team to support departmental priorities and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring SupportGenerate staffing requisitions and secure required approvals in accordance with company proceduresMaintain and track the requisition log, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesPost job openings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, phone screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsAdminister background checks, employment verifications, DMV and criminal checks, post‑offer physicals, and drug testsSupport and participate in in‑person interviews as neededHelp deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processOnboarding & New Hire ExperienceFacilitate and maintain a consistent onboarding experience across all company locationsConduct onboarding and ensure completion of all required employment documentationEnter and audit new hire information in the HRIS for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with internal departments to ensure new hires receive equipment, system access, and inclusion in communication and distribution listsConduct new hire orientations and serve as an onsite HR resource during onboardingTravel between facilities as needed to support onboarding, employee integration, and HR presenceEmployee Relations & HR SupportSupport employee relations, performance management, and retention initiativesAssist with preparation, review, and proofreading of employee documentation, including attendance notices and corrective actionsProvide day‑to‑day support to managers regarding policies, documentation, and standard employee issues; escalate complex matters to HR leadershipAssist with leadership and employee training coordination and compliance trackingIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and employee support practicesServe as a visible, approachable HR contact for employees across assigned locationsOffboarding & TerminationsProcess termination paperwork and ensure completion of offboarding stepsUpdate employee status changes across HRIS and related systemsCoordinate timely benefit removals and submit COBRA information to third‑party administratorsSubmit terminations, including temporary employees, into designated systemsCoordinate exit questionnaires and assist with exit interviewsEnsure offboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and timelyRecords Management & ComplianceMaintain organized, compliant electronic employee filesManage the HR shared drive, keeping policies, procedures, and forms current and accessibleAssist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentationMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and company informationAdditional ResponsibilitiesTrack required HR and parent‑company training completionAssist with HR reporting, audits, invoicing, and vendor coordination as assignedSupport employee engagement initiatives, company events, wellness activities, and onsite HR programsProvide onsite HR support across multiple facilities as neededParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
