We are open to both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates looking to grow through hands-on training and mentorship.This is a great opportunity to join a stable operation with consistent hours, strong pay, and long-term career growth potential.DIRECT HIREKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service on intermodal trailers Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues Repair or replace brakes, suspension systems, tires, and other trailer components Complete welding and light fabrication work as needed Ensure all equipment meets DOT safety and compliance standards Accurately document maintenance and repair work Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operationsPreferred ExperienceHands-on experience as a trailer technician (intermodal or refrigerated equipment strongly preferred) Diesel mechanic background Familiarity with CAT or Cummins engines Experience using diagnostic tools and interpreting schematics/manuals Welding and fabrication skillsCertifications & Credentials (Plus, Not Required)EPA 608 Certification (Universal or Type II – High Pressure Refrigeration Equipment) ASE Certification in Heavy Truck and/or Trailer SystemsSchedule & PaySchedule:Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed) Start Time:8:00 AM Shifts:8–11 hours depending on workloadPay Range:Experienced Technicians:$30–$35/hour(based on experience) Entry-Level Technicians:$22–$23/hourRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) withcompany match up to 6% Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities CDL tuition reimbursementfor eligible employees Relocation assistance/stipendavailable for qualified candidatesApply now or call Kayla @ 708-535-8990 option 1
