You will be trained across multiple disciplines, becoming a master of:Precision Machining: Operating CNC and Engraving equipment.Finishing Work: Managing lamination, manual tacking, and card finishing.Quality Control: Reading blueprints and using your mechanical aptitude to ensure every product is perfect.Troubleshooting: Performing basic preventive maintenance to keep your station running smoothly.What You Bring to the Table:Experience: 2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.Technical Skills: You have "hands-on" expertise in at least one of the following: CNC, lamination, engraving, or manual tacking.Mindset: You’re a team player who is happy to jump in where needed to help the team hit daily targets.Details: You can read technical drawings/blueprints and have basic computer skills for data entry.Shift & Location:Primary Shift: 6AM - 6PM EST.Location: Located in Somerset, NJ.Ready to build a career instead of just holding a job?
