Landscaping Construction Technician Aloha ‘Āina Landscaping is a proudly locally owned business. The ideal candidate for this position will understand the day-to-day expectations of our construction labor projects and follow through to meet our client’s needs based on the project speculations and design. Responsibilities: Perform landscape labor to include but are not limited to: hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, machine operations, fence installations, concrete installations, irrigation system installation, reaching over head, bending over, lifting over 50lbs, driving a company vehicle Follow assigned work and schedules. Must be self-motivated and able to build strong relationships with clients and employees. Ensure quality work up to Company standards Assist at the shop to include sweeping, organizing, cleaning Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling Perform other various duties as assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Operate equipment, drive with trailer or other small equipment. Great communications in both verbal and written. Valid driver's license required. You must be professional and friendly, paying attention to detail, and take pride in your work. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to bend down to ground, squat, kneel and preform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours.
