Revenue Integrity Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Investigate charge and payment anomalies, determining root cause and business impact Validate and document exceptions with actionable findings for resolution and auditability Analyze trends in exceptions to identify systemic issues and opportunities for performance improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Successful experience in data analysis and providing recommendations Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Salesforce and SQL experience are a plus Ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit and flexible mentality
