Support Staff - Food Runners - Server Assistants

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and energetic Food Runners and Server Assistants to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service within a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $6.05 per hour, plus Tips (Minimum of $16.00 per hour). Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving to guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order delivery. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Support the kitchen staff by helping with food handling and preparation as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to customer inquiries or requests. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food handling, culinary practices, and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to guests.
