Job Description Master&#39;s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to create effective individualized education programs (IEPs) and implement dynamic treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across various age groupsDeliver individualized and group therapy sessions to address communication disordersDevelop and update IEPs in accordance with educational standardsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the school environmentMaintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and servicesParticipate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practicesQualifications and Experience:Valid state license as a Speech-Language PathologistExperience working in school settings preferredExpertise in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders in children and adolescentsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teamsFlexibility to adapt therapy techniques to meet a variety of student needsThis contract role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek with the chance to impact student lives positively across multiple locations.
