This role is ideal for a self-directed, persistent seller who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning complex needs into practical solutions.You'll engage with a wide range of industries, including (but not limited to): mining, oil & gas, automotive, sports & recreation, gaming, military, education, aerospace/aviation, environmental, agriculture, ski/golf, faith-based organizations, law enforcement/corrections, fire stations, warehousing, disaster relief, hospitality, and public works.Travel:estimated 35–40% , as many opportunities require face-to-face meetings.Prospect dailythrough outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted lead generationQualify opportunitiesand identify decision-makers, timelines, budgets, and project requirementsBuild and execute territory sales planswith weekly/monthly activity and pipeline targetsRun the full sales cyclefrom first conversation to close, including presentations and onsite meetingsOpen new marketsand develop accounts across multiple industriesMaintain accurate pipeline activityin a standard CRM (e.g., Salesforce)Proven face-to-face sales experienceand relationship developmentDemonstrated ability tosell at the executive leveland close complex, consultative dealsStrong prospecting and networking capability—you can consistently create pipelineProfessional phone presenceand excellent written/verbal communicationComfortable using standard business systems and tools, includingMicrosoft OfficeWillingness and ability to travel 35–40%Ability to work from theMurrieta, CAoffice when not traveling5+ yearsexperience withMicrosoft Office~2+ yearsexperience withSalesforce.Experience using CRM platforms, ideallySalesforceExperience selling solutions involving facilities, infrastructure, construction, government/public sector, or operations (helpful but not required)Tiered bonuses~Medical and dental packages~ Expense reimbursement~ Training programsJob Type:Full-time, In-Office PositionSprung Structures is an equal opportunity employer.
