Provide leadership and direction for all facets of Transportation Operations for the Fulfillment Center (FC). Oversee personnel for the FC's delivery region, and develop, improve, and implement processes to reduce delivery expense and increase customer satisfaction of the delivery experience. Evaluate operational effectiveness and drive improvement against key performance indicators.
